Intalling Vista with 256MB of Ram

Hi,

Today, I learned a new trick, how to install

Win Vista on a machine with just 256MB of RAM!

Booting directly to DVD will just give you an error.

Install Windows 2000 or Windows XP first,

WinXP SP2 is recommended.

Then run

D:\SETUP.EXE /nosyscheck

*Change the drive letter to match your DVD drive

Well of course there are other ways to install.

Like the winsetup.dll patch
